Nabin, a recent graduate from IAAS, Nepal also completed internship learning about tilapia hatchery system. After completing his internship at AIT, he continued at BAU, Bangladesh to learn about Pangasias farming. He now has both tilapia and Pangasias farming experience and working on starting his own business in Chitwan, Nepal. Ms Claudia Ferraz from the University of Aveiro, Portugal joined Aqua-Inernship from 29th November 2009. She conducted a research on the use of probiotics in tilapia fry. She has returned Portugal and successfully defended her thesis. Congratulations to her as well! Tida Leagnavar from US joined Aqua-Internship from November 9, 2009. She assisted in organizing the International Symposium on Aquaculture and Fisheries Education (ISAFE) held during November 27-30, 2009. Her assistance in editing abstracts and compiling them was very much helpful. After completing internship she got a job in New Zealand.
